What services do you offer?
Momento Photo provides professional photography and video services for corporate events, brand storytelling, headshots, conferences, and special projects. We also produce recap videos, interviews, testimonials, and branded visual content designed to support your marketing goals.
Do you travel for assignments?
Yes. We are available for projects across California and nationwide. If your event or shoot is outside our base location, travel details are discussed clearly during the planning stage.
How do you handle travel costs?
For out-of-town projects, travel is billed as a combination of our service rate plus accommodation. Flights, ground transport, meals, and related travel expenses are included in the final quote so everything is clear upfront.
WHAT IS THE TURNAROUND TIME FOR DELIVERING photos and videos?
Photography is typically delivered within five business days. Video projects usually take up to two weeks, depending on complexity. If you are working with a specific deadline, let us know early and we will plan accordingly.
Do you deliver raw files as well as edited content?
Raw files can be provided upon request for an additional fee, which covers file preparation, transfer, and storage.
How far in advance should we book?
For photography, our standard turnaround time is 5 business days. For videography, it typically takes about 2 weeks, depending on the complexity of the project. If you have a specific deadline, let us know, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your needs.
Do you offer same-day photo or video delivery
The earlier, the better. Bookings are confirmed once a contract is signed and a deposit is received. Dates are secured on a first-come basis.
